How did Techys2u start off?
Timothy Bailey, our CEO & Founder, started Techys2u in 2006. He decided to start doing what he loves, IT, by connecting exceptional customer service, focus on detail and IT management.
Like many great minds, Tim started his business in his parents’ spare bedroom, but he noticed quickly that his concept of IT, with a touch of personality, is what companies were waiting for. So he moved into his first office space in 2014 surrounded by trusted team members.
What areas do we cover?
Our head office is based in the West Midlands, for many know as the Black Country. Our customers however are all around the country, and also overseas in South Africa and Germany.
Due to the setup and equipment that we install, we can solve most of our customers IT enquiries remotely. If we have to assess issues on-site, no customer is too far away for us, as we’ll always go the extra mile.
What size businesses do we work with?
We are specialised to support and consult small to medium size companies, but no customer is too big or too small.
At Techys2u, a happy customer is worth more than the size of a business.
